Problem Definition
Prior to the redesign, the TalentFlow system presented challenges in three primary areas:
• Overly complex navigation leading to data overload.
• Disconnected communication between HR teams and candidates.
• Fragmented task and project management, making it difficult to track job applications.

Challenges Faced
The main challenge was addressing the needs of multiple user personas—HR managers, recruitment specialists, and payroll specialists—each with different requirements for the system. Additionally, creating a user-friendly platform while maintaining powerful features proved to be a balancing act.

The design process followed four key stages: User Research, Brainstorming, UI Design, and Prototyping & User Testing. Each phase allowed us to refine the design, validate assumptions, and ensure the final product met the needs of HR professionals.
