Specialising in UI/UX design and design systems. Since 2015, I’ve worked at a range of startups, agencies, tech companies and corporations. I enjoy the challenge of solving complex customer problems and planning the user experience from the ground up, from research and discovery all the way through to the visual designs.
I’ve been lucky enough to have my work featured in a bunch of companies around the world, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love of design by tweeting, blogging and speaking at design events (that’s a lie, I actually find public speaking quite scary 😱).
I think it’s important to get regular screen downtime, so when I’m not pushing pixels, you’ll find me working on my assembly LEGO, tending to my garden and many house plants, cooking up one of my favourite dishes, or hanging out with friends and family.

Consultant for a CRM SaaS company for the Dashboard, improving their Figma design system and making their product fully accessible according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines to improve developer productivity and have consistent design throughout all products.

Design lead for a parent communication board of a local high school. Full redesign of an outdated application, ensuring mobile responsiveness and implementation of new features. Visitor numbers tripled after the implementation and reduced call volume by 57%.

Design lead for website's user interface and user experience to boost the brand's visibility and sales on online platforms.
Performed user research to produce interesting content that appealed to the target audience, such as using motion design reels and videos.
Applied user-centred design principles and producing visually appealing material that caught users' interest and loyalty, I was able to raise my online following by 400 people per week and around ~30% in sales.

Creative Project Manager
AMALCO GmbH & Co. KG
Design web app for an internal machine learning for film database project to automate invoicing workflows for the film industry, resulting in annual savings of over €500,000 and resolving three years of logged complaints in the Middle East film industry.
Built a UX research system from scratch that collected data from international clients like Spotify and Thomson Reuters. The captured data laid the groundwork for the next two feature implementations and was used by marketing and sales to improve their outreach strategy.
Closely collaborated with DOPs and project managers to implement new product features like dashboards and reporting structures that generated more than €5,000,000 in monthly revenue from more than 100 clients.
Trained 20 customer support agents and 15 business development agents in user journey mapping to help them identify areas of improvement in their workflows and document opportunities for product development.
