Working on the “EverFit” project was a rewarding experience that reinforced the importance of user-centred design, especially when addressing the needs of older adults. Our goal was to address key pain points HR teams face, including inefficient navigation, scattered communication, and task management difficulties. The redesign focuses on improving the following areas:

Problem Definition

Prior to the redesign, the TalentFlow system presented challenges in three primary areas:


• Overly complex navigation leading to data overload.

• Disconnected communication between HR teams and candidates.

• Fragmented task and project management, making it difficult to track job applications.

Challenges Faced

The main challenge was addressing the needs of multiple user personas—HR managers, recruitment specialists, and payroll specialists—each with different requirements for the system. Additionally, creating a user-friendly platform while maintaining powerful features proved to be a balancing act.

The new TalentFlow dashboard offers clear navigation with a refined data hierarchy. HR professionals can now easily access critical information without data overload, enhancing decision-making and recruitment workflows.

We consolidated communication within a universal inbox, which allows HR teams to manage all candidate and team communications in one place. This integration ensures that important conversations are not lost across multiple platforms, improving team collaboration and engagement with candidates.

With TalentFlow’s redesigned dashboard, HR professionals receive real-time updates on recruitment metrics, including new hires, resignations, and candidate applications. This data-driven approach ensures that HR teams can make informed decisions based on up-to-date information.

The design process followed four key stages: User Research, Brainstorming, UI Design, and Prototyping & User Testing. Each phase allowed us to refine the design, validate assumptions, and ensure the final product met the needs of HR professionals.
